Even met with Jack D. the GM and felt welcome, valued and cared for here the way all should, but don't. I recently purchased a car from Mazda Garden City that was sold to me as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Since the purchase, I’ve had multiple issues that should never happen with a certified car. The ABS sensors for both front tires were the wrong size, the vehicle shakes aggressively when backing up on a hill, and the front end makes loud cracking noises during sharp turns.
I brought it back for service, but only the right side issue was addressed and the cracking noises are now even louder than before.

From picking the car, the color and the features you want. Finance is usually the most dreadful part of the whole car buying process but I was in and out in 10 minutes. The sales team was great! Provided a very fair price for the car. The finance team is where you have to be aware. We were all set to purchase the car at the agreed-upon price using the special 0.9% financing. The finance team tried to skip passed the details of the price, just saying what the monthly payment would be. As I insisted on the details, I discovered that they added a large loan origination fee, which changed the effective interest rate from .9% to over 10%, claiming it was in the fine print on the website. Great experience from start to finish. I did a lot of research prior and knew what model/trim I wanted along with a fair price point. I worked with Jared and he was extremely responsive, transparent, and upfront about everything. He really made the whole process seamless and I felt that I was being treated fairly the entire time. Drove off with our brand new CX50 Hybrid today. Jared will be my first call if we are in the market for another car at any point soon. 10/10 recommend Garden City Mazda and Jared in particular.
Sales Mgr. B. Canarick facilitated the final sale and paperwork of Mazda CX30. We were told there was a two hour delay to finish off the lease on the car. Due to personal constraints on the part of the leaser of Mazda CX30 Sales Mgr Canarick completed the transaction in 10 minutes for us to do a sign and drive. Great team work!
Almost made a mistake buying a car from this Mazda dealership, I made a deal with Danny and Jack; we came back the next day to pick up my sons car we went to one of the finance offices and spoke to Kyle, he showed us complete different figures, he call Jack ,he said there is nothing that we can do about the fees $6,500 to pay taxes in a 36 months lease .......?... these guys think that everybody is stupid. The fact that I only had this car for only six months and I keep getting service lights every couple of months is really annoying. I bought a certified used car so I that won’t be inconvenienced by going to the mechanic all the time. This does not seem to be the case.
Stay away at all costs, unscrupulous business practices by finance and management personnel. Was given good price but when went to finance they added $1995 to price, when questioned was told it is a bank charge. I called bank and was told that they do not charge any such fee.
I questioned th GM and he made some excuses about they made a mistake and he would refund the money. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS AND NO REFUND , JUST EXCUSES!!!

Buyer beware! We just went to lease a car this past weekend. After deciding on a car and negotiating, we asked for a breakdown of the charges ie. down payment, taxes, dmv fees so that we could bring a certified check in, we were told they couldn’t give it to us. You need to read the fine print, they added a $2,000 disclaimer fee, then a certified fee of $1,795 plus taxes and registration brings the $20,635 Mazda CX-5 to $26,171.27. No mention was given regarding the Mazda loyalty program ($500 discount for having a second Mazda). We were promised the SUV car the next day; it came a week later. I live in PA! We were there from 4pm-10pm because there was only one finance rep there. Could never get a 'yes' or 'no' answer from my rep Hassan Chowdhury. This was the worse experience I've had in my car buying activity over 75 years. Mr. Hunter (finance rep) was the only seemingly decent person there professional and efficient.
