Stay away at all costs, unscrupulous business practices by finance and management personnel. Was given good price but when went to finance they added $1995 to price, when questioned was told it is a bank charge. I called bank and was told that they do not charge any such fee. Buyer beware! We just went to lease a car this past weekend. After deciding on a car and negotiating, we asked for a breakdown of the charges ie. down payment, taxes, dmv fees so that we could bring a certified check in, we were told they couldn’t give it to us. Having leased many cars, we thought that was strange. We went over the charges with the salesman and he verbally agreed to the numbers. This was my first time in a Mazda dealership and I was happily greeted by Roberto. My family was in the market for a second SUV and he couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the journey. I worked with Anabel and would highly recommend working with her if you’re in the market for a Mazda at this location. Said there was absolutely no wiggle room on the car I wanted, but then offered a reduced price on a color combo I didn’t desire. This dealer gets no stars, none! What a horrible experience, car listed at $20,635 but they won't sell it to you for that. You need to read the fine print, they added a $2,000 disclaimer fee, then a certified fee of $1,795 plus taxes and registration brings the $20,635 Mazda CX-5 to $26,171.27. And the thing that gets me the most is that the sales person knew we were coming from 3 1/2 hours away and didn't mention any fee at all. plus when I called, the day before, they said the only fees were a $175 admin fee plus taxes and registration, no mention of ...

No mention was given regarding the Mazda loyalty program ($500 discount for having a second Mazda). We were promised the SUV car the next day; it came a week later. I live in PA! We were there from 4pm-10pm because there was only one finance rep there. Could never get a 'yes' or 'no' answer from my rep Hassan Chowdhury. This was the worse experience I've had in my car buying activity over 75 years. Mr. Hunter (finance rep) was the only seemingly decent person there professional and efficient.

I saw this car (2016 TOYOTA RAV4 HYBRID XLE) advertised on their website for $17,499. I made an appointment for a test drive after making sure that the vehicle was available for the test drive.
